By downloading, installing, or using the CiliGo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Age Requirement

CiliGo is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Application License

CiliGo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application
• Share your account credentials with others

4. In-App Purchases and Coins

CiliGo offers in-app coin purchases to enhance your experience:

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be transferred between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing at any time
• Unused coins may expire according to App Store policies

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within the application, including photos, notes, and anniversary information. This content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us or third parties.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CiliGo for any purpose that is:

• Illegal or violates any applicable laws
• Harmful, threatening, or harassing to others
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or harmful code

7. Application Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiliGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

9. Intellectual Property

The CiliGo application, including its design, graphics, and functionality, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to the application at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
